England celebrates victory in Women’s Euro 2022. They have commemorate historic UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 triumph at
Trafalgar Square on Monday 1 August.
The event was held at the iconic London landmark in collaboration with the Greater London Authority. That is the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, and Westminster City Council.

The women’s team of England celebrates victory in EURO 2022 along with their 7,000 fans. There they got the opportunity to show their support for the team at a special presentation.
Moreover, supporters got a free entry on a first-come-first-served basis from 11am BST and enjoyed live music from DJ Monki. However, highlights of the tournament will be shown on big screens.
Then, Sarina Wiegman and the England team graced the stage for a Q&A and trophy lift.
On the other hand, the City Hall and the organising team behind UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 transformed Trafalgar Square into an official UEFA ‘Fan Party’.
That was a huge celebration for the final nine days of the competition, offering a packed programme of free activities to enjoy. Moreover, This included screenings of England’s semi-final victory over Sweden and the incredible match.

Mark Bullingham, the Chief Executive Of FA said:
“This is an iconic moment for English football. Now, Everyone is so proud of the players, Sarina and the support team. They’ve captured the nation’s hearts and it is an achievement that will be remembered forever. And, It has been an honour to host the tournament in England. However, the fans have been so important during the team’s journey to success this summer. So, it’s only right that they can celebrate this historic victory together at Trafalgar Square.”

“Congratulations to the Lionesses for their incredible win and making history in becoming European champions. Now, the whole squad has been inspirational. And, they should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved. They have led by example with the likes of Leah Williamson, Beth Mead and Alessia Russo. Becoming household names to millions.”
The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan Also said Congratulations to the team. He said:
“Congratulations Lionesses! I couldn’t be more proud of the team today. They’ve displayed extraordinary talent and determination throughout the tournament. Also, they’ve broken records, and now they’ve made history.”
