Hydration is very important, if you are not hydrated properly you are automatically prone to headache.

Too many drinks such as caffeine and alcohol are also dangerous for the brain but grabbing a good electrolyte drink, alleviates headache.


Out of all, the most important part is to sleep properly and turn off every electronic device half an hour prior to sleeping. Relaxation music can be used to aid sleep.
