  • Seek Sun Shade

Try to seek sun shade. And, sit under the shade when you are outside. Accordingly, be under sun shade and not to expose directly to the sun.

Accordingly, water help you to cut off the impact of heat for longer. It is easily accessible and you don’t forget to drink water on time. Thus, a minimum of 8 glasses of water is necessary for adults.
