M&P signs agreement with NIFT to enable e-payments

M&P and National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (NIFT) signed a contract to allow digital payments through NIFT ePay. This collaboration will facilitate the customers of M&P’s digital platform “APPTAK” to make e-payments using NIFT ePay services.

E-Payment agreement:

The pact was signed at the head office of Muller & Phipps (M&P) by Haider Wahab CEO of NIFTY and Kamran Nishat CEO of M&P.

M&P is the largest Pan-Pakistan cross-industry market development services provider that aids companies to; enter, establish and expand their brands in Pakistan.

NIFT is one of the largest payment processors in Pakistan. It has previously signed agreements with many big Pakistani cooperations to enable payments for their businesses.

APPTAK is an e-commerce doorway, developed and owned by Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. This outlet is exclusively initiated as a project for online order booking of healthcare, consumer, pharmaceutical, e-payments, and telecommunication commodities.

Additionally, these two organizations will be seeking opportunities, for partnership, to encourage digital financial services under B2B.

At the signing ceremony, Kamran Nishat – CEO of, M&P said, M&P has a significant mass infrastructure and unmatched reach across 75,000+ outlets in 975+ towns across Pakistan.

We are beyond delighted to explore novel business recourses in the Pakistani Digital Financial eco-system where NIFT plays an important role as a transaction clearing facilitator.

M&P will launch new channels and avenues for fintech companies to promote digital payments across the entire supply chain.

We believe that our alliance with NIFT will allow us both to bring in our powers to promote, digitization around different elements of the Pakistani business panorama.
